Good on you for making 90 days. That is a *huge* accomplishment. In this day and age. going one day is an accomplishment. my record is 8 months.
If you want do no fap consistently you need to get an internet filter, pref one that monitors you. I recommend tag. Without it no-fap is virtually guaranteed to become undone. even if you have a spouse for some reason.
