Which ones if any help with brain energy, connecting the dots so I don't feel so fucking anxious and worried.
I know alcohol is a better solution, but muh job etc.

The blue, 15 cal per serving one. There is a formula to these and it's actually sort of effective, and the blue one has it without a lot of the sugar. I drink them on occasion.
Tbh familia every energy drink has pretty much the same affect if you get addicted enough so just pick the one you think tastes best and go from there

Take creatine, theanine and caffeine. Cheaper, more effective and less edgy.

Tbh mother and monster have been the best ones imo but red bull seems to be the strongest

Their orange juice one is the best. It's not overwhelmingly sweet like other drinks. It tastes like a thin, melted orange smoothie and is only lightly carbonated.

The reason alcohol works for anxiety is because it slows your central nervous system, energy drinks would make it worse. Stimulants like adderal only work for children and adolescence for the most part, very rarely do they work for adults.

It does actually work, for a time. After drinking them for as long as I have they have no noticeable effect anymore but I still do, out of habit and because I've grown to quite enjoy the taste.

Off topic but CBD oil may help. Personally I like Oi Ocha green tea as an energy drink; it's good for you and stuff, gives euphoria, calms you down a little. If you're going to go with Monster, get Ripper or Khaos, and drink it in small sips over an extended period of time. Used to go on 10-hour pizza driver shifts, it worked, but at a price. I lost my fucking mind by the end of the shift, went home, and dissociated. Yayyyy.

39mg caffeine isn't that much (average of what I've found various energy drinks to contain).
They also have ~40g of sugar, which is gr8 for short-term energy, but not much else.
As noted before, I just take caffeine pills 50mg each. Up to 3 a day.

Don't drink them as a long term solution your better off drinking coffee. I used a have 1 a day for a year and then i started getting chest pains and palpitations. They went after a while once i had switched to coffee.
