I used to have really bad eye circles, very nearly almost as bad as OP in terms of discolouration. Spent many a year walking around looking deranged/sleep deprived. Picture related is my eyes today, still a little sunken looking but otherwise all one tone.
My secret? Sweet almond oil.
Every night before I go to bed I pour a few drops onto my fingers and lightly smooth out around my orbital sockets, and some around my face for good measure. In the morning after washing I apply the same, but this time I wear a 50 SPF sun cream on top, mostly because UV will be fucking your skin sideways anyway (even indoors, even under your clothes, you need to apply it EVERYDAY), and will be making your dark circles worse, but also because UV actually destroys vitamin E which is what sweet almond oil is rich in.
If anybody here decides to do this, remember it has to be SWEET almond oil, the other stuff, bitter almond oil, is actually legit poison.
