I don't think you really do at this point, officially. There's no way to prove it's your birth certificate, if you find it of course. If you don't, it's pretty bad.

Are you in Australia?

Easiest way to do this would be to take the learners permit driving test. They'll give you a photo I.D

You don't even need to actually drive - Just go in and take the test and pass and you'll get a learner's permit photo I.D
