I think you have a good face, but you look kinda beta.
Your skin appears to look kinda "unclean"
Shave your face properly or get a beard (if you can), also you should do something with your pale skin, and those little red spots are much less visible if you get some sunlight, or consider going to a tanning shop, you might improve ykur face to a normie (combined with a shitload of Training to a chad Level)
Right now i would say you are a 4/10 with a decent face and a lot unused Potential

Not saying it isn't possible, but having Irish and German blood makes it pretty hard. Will try though. Also, keep in mind that I'm next to a bright light, so some parts probably look much lighter than normal. I will admit that I'm pale though.
