I go in before everyone else and get all the paper work ready. Then pass out papers. Then I do whatever route we do t have a paper carrier for.
Then I wait around for people to call about missing papers. When then do I drive to there house and sit in my car for 5 minutes to work up the courage to knock on their door because I'm very autistic. Then I make sure the papers in sight when they open the door because no one comfortable with a 6 foot 5 guy that can't make eye contact showing up at their house at 7 am.
