Not a girl but I've lost 150+ pounds and it's true about the loose skin. I could spend about $15k getting the surgery which is quite effective, but I'd feel too guilty about spending that much money on vanity while people are suffering.

I feel like people who fail to keep it off are the ones who think maintaining means eating like a rabbit the rest of your life. I eat all kinds of trashy comfort food, just not too much of it and if I see my weight creeping up I ease off for a day or two.
