I felt like this before. I would wake up, eat, play vidya all day and then go to sleep late and same shit every day. I felt so bad. I would look for job once a week and eventually found one. Gave me more energy, I started valuing time more because I had so little free time. Got new hobby. Now I'm unemployed again and I'm scared of becoming how I was again
