Not true in the slightest. Narrow hips are usually considered "more aesthetic" which only really matters if you are considered about the beauty of the male body. Bigger hips lend more power in a fight. If two men, one with narrow hips and the other with broad, that otherwise are equally proportioned and healthy, were to square off in a brawl, moneys on the man with broader hips.
