Actually the best strategy, let people interpret whatever they want. You'll get a good ratio of people who think you're an autist vs people who think you're cool, assuming you dress normal.

Alpha: I'm in medical school. Other than that nothing. I used to be more alpha. I would run distance for fun routinely and was in great shape from lifting as well. Stacies were miring but I have atrocious social skills. No longer exercise enough and no longer in fantastic shape. Used to go out to singles spots all alone which is brave and alpha. No longer. Now in a relationship with an introvert and I have no friends anymore just like her.
Most autistic thing I do is spending my mornings in bed writing these posts instead of getting up early to run and lift so I can stop feeling this heavy regret. Fuck it I'm done with r9k until I get an exercise habit going. Thanks for this post, it was an eye opening thought provoker.

I was thinking of it more in the social sense as I go with friends, but if that doesn't count I guess having a fairly active social life is the most alpha thing I have
