Nightwalk thread.
Share here your stories/pictures of your nightwalks.
I always start during dusk and walk for 2 hours or so. Usually look for some quiet spot to have a smoke and a drink. The city is so mich nicer without all the people in it

That's a nice pic. Nights are here almost as bright now.
>Taking a nightwalk
>Walk up to a busy road junction with rails seperating the road from the path
>Lean against the railings, thinking about stuff for a while
>See a couple of urban foxes going about their business
>Also listening to a pretty good radio documentary about the channel tunnel being built
Happened earlier in the year but it was pretty sweet.
>Walk with qt gf to 24hr bookstore every week
>Break up with her after I start getting a gut feeling of infidelity.
>Still make the walk every week and it makes me feel better for some reason.
>go for a night walk for the first time ever two years ago
>1am, very relaxing and tranquil winter night, really enjoying myself
>ambulances and police cars with their lights on speed past me
>happens several times
>find out the next day that they were responding to a freak accident that resulted in the death of a friend of a friend
>never go on a nightwalk again

That looks like a early morning walk, fuckhead.
Take it from someone who has been going on nightwalks for years. It is no longer called a nightwalk after 4:30am.
>going on semi-regular hour+ long nightwalk
>very cool, despite being summer, great weather
>see guy waiting by a bus stop, looks at me
>a little later look back, see guy walking the same way
>get sucker punched hard in the back of the neck/jaw area and fall to the ground
>for some reason asks why i'm following him
>takes my wallet and phone
>sprint straight home, my jaw felt like it was broken
>my neck hurt badly even when laying down
>stopped nightwalking
i miss it

>summer

>only nightwalk when its raining
>winter
>nights dip down to 30 degrees
