Fish oil. Take one with every meal. It won't cure it but it will tone down the amount of oil without drying your skin out like the chemicals do.

It is true. Cut all processed sugar, milk and gluten. In that order, 2 weeks apart.
First 2 weeks cut all milk, next 2 weeks cut all sugar besides the milk, then last cut gluten on top of the other 2.
The weeks you see improvement tell you which of these are aggravating your acne.
I got improvement from cutting all 3, milk was by far fucking up my shit up the worst.
Next sugar was not creating new zits, but cutting helped with the inflammation.
Finally I got completely clean after cutting gluten. Try it, you have nothing to lose. In the best case you eliminate your problem, in the worst case you went 6 weeks with a weird diet in your life.
You can always go back after it. But don't cheat during the trials tho. When I say cut I mean cut, completely. Read the ingredients on the cans and the labels. Try it.
