Don't feel too bad about it, I passed on my 2nd try, some people just need a decent day.
First try was pretty awful, had barely any sleep and roads were incredibly busy, failed from a repeated minor.
2nd time was way more chilled out, had a girl instructor and roads were pretty empty, and did my reverse around a corner pretty well, only got 2 minors.

If you're struggling on your diet I recommend two things
First drink more water. It'll make you feel full so you wont want to eat and it'll make you feel better too, my skin has gotten so much better once I cut out all drinks apart from water
Secondly drink meal replacement protein shakes. Not only do they keep you full but they also have on average 180 calories per serving and around 30g of protein per serving. I recommend PHD Nutrition since I find they taste the best.
Using both these tips you drastically reduce your calorie intake every day but you won't feel so hungry all the time

Lunch is usually a shake and two bananas and dinner is chicken with sweet potato
I batch cook the chicken and sweet potato so I don't have to cook every day, I just have to heat it up when I get home after work
My calorie limit a day is 1800, but with my meals I'm hitting around 1300. The calorie deficit mixed in with 30 minutes to an hour of walking every day and the weight is burning off fairly quickly.
