how do people even get a job interview, or hired
how do they end up with coworkers that arnt trying to get them fired
how do they get coworkers that do shit instead of procrastinate or say they're lazy and try to let someone else do all or most of the work
how do they get a boss that isnt going to steal from them
how do they have friends family relationships

>how do people even get a job interview, or hired
to get interview: find a place that is hiring, ask for an application

>fill out all the information

>type up a resume, talk about whatever talents or achievements you have. Talk about whatever qualities you have that would make you a good employee.

Employers usually look for: hard worker, works well with others, friendly, and good with technology.

>get people to vouch for you and write letters of recommendation, it doesn't matter if its a distant cousin or your best friend, just have it be formal and let them talk about your positive qualities. DONT LET YOUR PARENTS WRITE THESE.

>go in person, ask for the manager and give them your resume with the application form

>wait for them to call, if they don't respond within the first 3 days, call them back for a week. If they don't respond try a different place.

>if you get the interview:

>wear a nice dress shirt with a tie

>be prepared to talk about how you work with others and your qualities

>they're going to ask about any past experiences in working with groups and dealing with tough situations or unresponsive teammates/group members

>make sure to thank them for their time at the end

>same thing as before, wait a couple days if they don't tell you right away, then call. If you don't get the job you know what to do.

once you get a job:

>how do they end up with coworkers that arnt trying to get them fired
be nice to people.
>how do they get coworkers that do shit instead of procrastinate or say they're lazy and try to let someone else do all or most of the work
these people exist everywhere, avoid them and do your own work. Talk to your boss if its really an issue.

>how do they get a boss that isnt going to steal from them
choose your work place carefully, shitty bosses can be avoided if you're a hard worker
>how do they have friends family relationships
work on your inter-personable skills. Your family will always love you. Friends ez 2 make

They become independent contractors.
They become exceedingly good at using people against themselves.
They kill anyone who will oppose them and get sanctified by the US Government.

It's easy, all you need is a few years experience :^)

no, don't be yourself. Nobody wants you to be yourself in the work environment. Just act like a normie who has no social issues or problems at home.
