Everyone gets a wife in Japan eventually, especially if you allow your family to arrange one for you and aren't at all picky. Being married and having a kid isn't some special magical destiny shit in Japan like they make it out to be here. Its just another part of growing up and you have to be intentionally avoidant to not end up set up with somebody by 30-40.
The hard thing to do in Japan is find someone you actually want to marry on your own, have them want to marry you back, and then convince both families that its a good match.
