Should I join my school's karate club? $70/semester. I've heard boxing, BJJ, and muay thai are good combat sports to get into but my school doesn't offer anything like that, is it worth it to start doing karate as a 20yo KV?

Do it. But make sure its legit. I used to compete in karate and once qualified for nationals, but was too much of a pussy to actually go to them, which is my worst regret. People will think its stupid and only for children, but fuck them. Do it anon, i guaruntee you will enjoy it

Like I said in OP, my school has a karate club with legit instructors. I think I'm going to check out boxing or BJJ once I graduate but for now it's so much easier to go to lessons on the second floor of the gym I go to almost every day anyways. I've still got two years left here.
if there's a good muay thai/bjj place close to you, I promise you you'll regret not going sooner
