I love strong alcohol (Straight vodka/gin/tequila/whiskey and such) and I can drink plenty before even feeling a buzz.
I also seem to have high tolerance for other things, it takes at least 4 cups of coffee for me to feel the effect and more puffs of weed to get high.

Haven't done weed or any drugs besides alcohol, but I can confirm the coffee thing. I'm a tea drinker and I've never felt a buzz, even though tea is stronger than coffee.
