When I was in college I always ate in a side room in the commons that had a TV (usually with ESPN on). Barely any people in there most of the time. I hate eating alone in huge open spaces so it was perfect.

I always eat alone since in highschool , sometimes i always eat at restrooms just to avoid bullies that time.

I never even realized that this is a big deal for some people. I almost always eat alone and see other people doing the same all the time, I really don't think it's as big of a deal as you make it out to be. Quite frankly I doubt most people even notice unless you are being a complete autist about it or take a table for 4 all by yourself during the busiest lunch time.
Might be a bit different in a cafeteria, because everybody there expects you to eat with your classmates.

Just have a textbook out and pretend that you need to study so badly that you can't take a break to eat. No one would think it's weird you would want to be alone while studying.
Or even better realize that no one is even paying attention to you nor do they care that you're eating alone in college. But I used to have bad anxiety like you so I know that's not exactly an easy task.
In these types of situations I feel it's best to remember that most people are too busy thinking about what other's are thinking about them, to even think about you.
