I live in Overland Park and there's nothing to do here. My dad even got me a nice bike but I can't take it anywhere. The only thing going on where I live nearby is the annual Naka Con which is like half a mile away from my house.

I've never been to a con before but since it's close to my house I've always been tempted to go. I'm not even into anime that much but I'd be willing to dress up and just check it out.

I only have my mom's car to use right now. I've checked out all the nearby trails and they're incredibly uneventful. I've been lately though planning out a time to take her car to the powell observatory on a saturday night or to some town where there is zero light pollution to see the night sky. That's one perk at least since Kansas, compared to the rest of the Midwest, has a large portion of land without light pollution to actually see the milky way.
