The obvious solution is for blacks to build up black majority communities and prefer blacks to hire blacks within them. With real estate so cheap in so many places in the US, I'm sure there's some way to figure it out.
Figure out capitalism and change the black culture to value acquiring property and becoming bourgeoisie. That's all there is to it. Buy property, rent it out to other people, have a culture of doing that.
Overall I preferred the whole individualism thing that was going on in the 90-00s, but if we're all going to retrench in our tribes, then that's the best solution.

it absolutely cannot be an excuse for cultural trends or social issues on a national level. if blacks are being hired less often it's because blacks are fucking assholes in general and people see that generation after generation. and if your whole life is directed by first impressions anyway, you never stood a chance whether or not you were white. you could have been ugly, a little awkward, a little short, etc and your life would have been trash again.
