Rodina is pretty comfy, you fly around in a spaceship that you can customize to be whatever shape you want and collect crystals to make your ship go faster, as well as fighting drone enemies.
Another one I like is The Aurora Wager. Basically you fly around in a hot air balloon and you have to reach the North Pole and back. You can add little attachments to your balloon like grappling hooks to tether you to the ground when you leave your balloon to go collect items from the ground. You have to manage your altitude and make sure that you don't fly into wind currents that take you in the wrong direction but the game progresses at such a slow pace that it feels like pure bliss as you fly through the air peacefully.
