I imagine a big problem would be someone with a gun, katana vs gun and you're fucked. It'd need to be an enclosed area so weapon range is irrelevant, and it'd be way easier to kill a bunched up group with a katana than a gun
If you did it in a small room full of people you could get dozens of kills spinning in circles before anyone realized what's going on
