I live in one, and it sucks. You have neighbors like every 5 feet but they don't care about you. And there's so few jobs for the area, that unless you have money for transit and have no car you're fucked having to compete with high schoolers. Oh yeah the high schoolers really like driving around drunk yelling at you if you stand out too much. Not to mention there's no culture and nothing to do. Literally just houses and shops.
