I disagree OP, a genuine love can exist between two siblings, brother brother, sister brother, sister sister.
You are born in the same situation with the same genetic code, grow up alongside each other, you are the same person in many ways, and there's no sexual element to it, no attraction or money based element like with romantic relationships, a sibling relationship can be just as genuine as parent and a child's love.
