How would your life be different if you had never gotten a computer?
I would have done better in school but I'd also never have realized I'm not the only one who feels the way I do. That would likely mean I'd feel like an outsider in the world and may have led to edgy behavior.

I would have been a lot more productive and got better marks in school, wouldn't have stumbled into alcoholism, wouldn't have taken the red pill and I would have been happier all around.

Probably would have been a model train autist or something. But I still would have gotten a computer at some point. Not being exposed to the internet for another few years probably would have done me good though.

I would have killed myself or become the supreme gentleman of my home town, because the computer was all I had growing up when shit hit the fan even if I didn't have WiFi, I could stay overnight next to a public library place outside.

I didn't have a computer or cellphone until I was 18. I would go to the library to waste time on the internet, and often masturbated 5+ times a day never having seen porn before.
No way of knowing how better or worse I would have turned out. Could have used it to better socialize, cure my depression, develop awareness of my autism and become redpilled. But just as likely could have turned me into a fatass shut in who spent all my time on the computer and surely would have dropped out of high school if my attention span was as shit as it is now from so much internet.

and the last one is mostly normal but he is extremely limited in his scope of interests; and it all relates back to internet culture or video games.

if the circumstances that led to me getting into computers had never occurred, I'd have likely gone to prison with the rest of my little drug running crew, i would have ended up isolated and street homeless once they all went to jail, or I would have joined the military in a shit branch to avoid poverty.
the circumstances that got me into computer science really are the general circumstances that led me to be who I am today, and the alternative isn't good.
