There are also: charcoal grill CO poisoning, certain types of hanging (not the long-fall neck-breaking kind), and mixing certain household chemicals together to make hydrogen sulfide gas. Or helium exit bags but they are riskier if leaky or disrupted. You can also synthesize cyanide yourself but the evidence is mixed as to how painless it actually is.
