Robots, I went on a 4 day bender from last Friday - Monday (12 back of beer and a fifth of vodka each day).

I've been eating healthy and drinking 2 liters of water a day, but my shits are stil completely liquid. They also reek like 10 times worse than normal.

Did I fuck my insides beyond repair? When will my shits return to normal texture/smell?

Something about alcohol makes your shits looser and smell worse, I don't know much about the science behind it though. From personal experience, I'd say you should be fine in a few days. If they aren't getting better, see a doctor.
