I read "My Twisted World" (all 157 pages of it (or however many)), and the Supreme Gentleman exhibited CLASSIC symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder. He was obsessed with himself and felt the world owed him everything. The whole thing was like a giant blog rant more than an autobiography.
