I've been blessed with having a fairly clear face but I've got bad cystic acne on my back, looks like I'm recovering from a shotgun wound or something. Made an appointment to talk to my dermatologist about getting a stronger medication, I was really hoping to try and get it cleared up by the summer.

If you have severe acne, like really bad spots then go see a dermatologist. Get on accutane.
If you have mild acne or bumps, get into skin care. Start out with getting a cleanser & moisturizer and use every morning and night before bed. Remember to easy into the products, and it might take a few tries to find products that fit your skin. If your skin gets irritated and red, switch products.
