Poorly. Currently too fat for my wardrobe, so I wear mostly shorts and t-shirts. A single pair of cargopants and sweatpants with a hoodie if it's colder. I only go out to the gym, to run and to buy food anyway, so it's not like it's an issue right now.

Usually just jeans and a t shirt. I have Black, Khaki, and Blue jeans that I choose based on the color of my shirt.
