I have deleted all my social media accounts, webmails, deleted all contacts in my phone. What else can I do now as a proxy for actual suicide - since I dont have the guts to do that?

Use a dark color scheme for the user interfaces of your computer. Only view PDFs in inverted color mode. Turn off the lights in your room and reduce the screen brightness. Also disable the speakers. Then you can be alone with sadness and the silence in the dark.
