I need advice from people that dont care.
So I decided to ask here.
My dad wants to spend 100k renovating a house, its fine but he himself lives in another country and would be doing it for me.
But I will most likely move to a bigger city once I am done with school so the house might become useless and empty, so the only use it would get is as an summer home or for me to get away from my mom, chill with friends etc.I graduate in 2 years
Should I let him do it?
