The flat on your back sleep position is most healthy as well, sleeping on your side can cause back problems. Although ideally I recommend flat head rest without pillows, and legs elevated.

I have the key tied to a string to undo one of the cuffs
it would be more fun if I did not have access to the key and could put the cuffs on the most restrictive setting
