As a female, I think it's high school's fault. We're basically socially segregated, especially during sex education. I'm not sure about sex education, but general self awareness would really help. I used to be pretty naive, and was shocked when I found out just how much sex controls other men's minds. In my opinion, we need to instill a greater sense of morality in people and stop putting such an emphasis on sex in society. That's far easier said than done though, and considering that on a lot of levels men's sexual aggressiveness is biological, it will never completely go away.
