It's an easy fix. Just don't start your sentence with I, but if you can't do that, go back and revise what you've written.

It's not really impressive when the get is just doubles
I have two big problems with the way I talk and write. First of all, I tend to horribly abuse the words "I dunno" as of late. Maybe I've just been more uncertain and self-doubting as of late, but I need to stop saying it every sentence when I'm freaking out, especially when I'm dealing with a friend who's freaking out whom I should pretend to be confident for.
Secondly, I'm pointlessly verbose. Brevity is the soul of wit, so I'm probably dumb as a sack of rocks. A big reason why I don't feel like I can be a great writer, at least not without working at it for a while.
