Because you learned matchups by playing them over and over even if you weren't really thinking about what you're doing, you just developed good habits by grinding the games out. Thats the slow way to improve. The fast and more effective way is to actually think about what you're doing all the time, like this.

We're not talking 200 Warwick games vs 1 Nidalee game. We're talking 200 Warwick games vs 20 Nidalee games, which is enough to get the basics down. At this point Warwick is just too bad of a champion to keep up with something thats actually OP. And while WW's hard CC may work well enough to climb to mid-plat, after that point people aren't dumb enough for you to abuse his ult, no matter how good are you at WW.
