Lies about something fairly believable and when you believe them they something along the lines of "LMAO hahaha I fucking got you".

For example if Person A says " do you wanna hangout in an hour or so?"
And person B says "sure man"
Then person B goes to hangout and person A suddenly says in the last minute "Jk don't wanna hang out haha i fuckkng got you".

OK what kind of bullshit fuckery is this? What is the word for this kind of bullsbit.
