I feel like getting back into WoW, only problem is I got perma-banned on my old account a few years ago.

Current content is pretty shit and I doubt it will improve much.
Blizzard will try to gain back some audience with Legion but they will likely break their promises as they did before.
Unless you're itching to play it I would atleast wait for Legion or just play a private server in the meantime.
