Can someone give me tips on how to sleep? My mind just won't be quiet. I have no access to drugs or alcohol.

listen to guided meditations off of youtube. i like stuff where you visualize yourself at the beach or in the forest but there's all kinds, including stuff where you just focus on your breathing, no imagination required.

there are things to help you sleep at any drug store, that are not really drugs, but vitamins
if you have any tea that's not black tea you can drink some to help you sleep
adding some white noise, or removing some noise, might help
changing the temperature/humidity, opening window, etc.
sleep naked, or sleep with extra clothes
drink soup and sleep right after
turn on a fan
remove all blue/green light sources so that only red/orange light remains, then sleep

Focus on your breathing. When your mind wanders bring your attention back to breathing.
Repeat until you fall asleep.
Try thinking about a trail of thoughts, don't give yourself time to meta-think. Keep jumping along the train of thoughts, thinking the next thing, and just picture it in your mind. Don't judge yourself, just let the thoughts happen one after another.

Cut out ALL sugary foods from about two hours before you go to sleep. Don't consume any caffeine from past midday if you're doing so. Don't look at a computer or phone screen from an hour before you go to sleep, blue light from screens disrupt sleep hormones.
I used to have trouble sleeping but after cutting the above crap out, I've now been able to get to sleep easily, feels good man.
You have access to Internet but not alcohol?? wew lad, find a liquor store and get wasted every day. Thats the finnish way
Don't move if possible and Focus on your breathing or heartbeat. Or similar. Try to concentrate so much on this that everything else seems unimportant. Then meditate like this. Normally within 5 mins I am gone. Also turn off your phone the light fucks with sleep.

There's no trick to it. I know it might seem like your thoughts are somehow keeping you awake, but they aren't. You can't sleep because you aren't being still. That's literally it. Lie down, and remain still. Like, even when your foot itches a little, and you think maybe it's a centipede crawling across it, stay still. Even if your pressing on your ear in an uncomfortable way, or etc. Just stay perfectly still, and you will, 100%, fall asleep within a couple of minutes. All the urges you feel to move are just your brain trying to check if you want to sleep or not. Ignoring them will satisfy it that you want to sleep, and put you to sleep.

Do what >>29651691 says, very good advice. On top of that, exercise every day, 2 hours if you're NEET or on vacation, 1 hour if you're a wageslave. When you're going to sleep, you should feel like your body has earned it. You should be looking forward to sleep, not dreading it
i used to have a lot of trouble sleeping then i just changed my routine after realizing how unhealthy it is.
i just get up early then i'll be more tired early i also run once a day so my legs aren't restless when i go to bed

you need to think about something but not something that requires too much brain power. an example of something that takes too much would be counting sheep. it doesn't work. think about a pond, or a forest or something. think about SOMETHING so long as it takes minimal energy. you'll fall alseep eventually.
try to think happy thoughts, that's what I do. In reality though, I listen to ASMR and smart people debating through my ipod/head phones every night. Puts me in a good mood before I go to sleep. I feel drowsy as fuck afterward.
