I actually pretty recently went like a week or so without fapping.

Typically when I get depressed I fap a lot but I actually got so depressed I just ceased all fapping and had 0 sexual urges.

Oh yeah there's nothing wrong with fapping once a day. Sex/masturbation is very healthy.

For many people it does become a vice though or maybe it just becomes a habit (not necessarily a harmful one) and it's considered a heroic challenge to go fap-free for some time.
