How exactly would this manifest in a relationship? People want to act like everything is just left and right, two sides of the same coin. But mom/dad relationships are rather different. The worst thing a mother can do to a male is turn him into a fag.
"Daddy issues" with females is way different. Women can be psychologically wrecked by what their dad did/didn't do. Some women have fucked up feelings about their father simply because he wasn't around.
