Cleaning up your place only takes a few minutes a day if it is already clean. Even if it isn't just 10-15 minutes of cleaning every day and by the end of the week you will see a huge improvement.
Shopping and cooking don't take very long if you cook a lot at once and buy everything you need at once.
You should only need to do laundry once a week. If you don't own enough clothes to only do it once a week get more clothes.
Being clean feels good and it can really change your mood to be in a clean environment.

I usually do laundry 3-5 times a week. Sort, drop, add soap, press buttons, fuck around until done. Hanging and folding is a chore though.
Not a normalfag, but it depends. Keeping the house clean during the week is a big step towards having to do less work once you clean it properly during the weekend. It's little things that help, like for instance, cleaning the cooker/stove and pans/plates/etc... right after you cook instead of leaving it dirty, and doing the same with plates/forks/etc.. right after you eat. If you can do this every time after you cook, during the weekend you will really only need to give it a quick brush.
If you get used to it, you can easily prepare yourself a good first serving plus some fruit and vegetables in 30/45 minutes, cleaning included.
Another thing is having a mop with clean water ready to use, especially in the bathroom, so that the moment you see a bit of dirt on the floor, you just give it a very quick mop. It takes 20 seconds to change the water for the mop, you can do this in the morning every day.
After you shower, for instance, just quickly spray water all over the bathtub so to remove all soap, which might be harder to remove if you leave it to dry.
Laundry is something I do in the weekend, literally takes less than 5 minutes for a normal laundry cycle.
Trash is easy, the moment you need to leave the house for whatever reason, always check if trash needs to be taken out.
As for groceries, it depends on how you like to eat. Personally, I like fresh stuff and I like to cook so I tend to buy small amounts of fresh food once or a twice a week at the closest shop.
