What is objectively the best board on this website ?
>>29639131
Because the autism flows the purest here.
>>29639131
/pol/
It allows for the free exchange of ideas and gives SJW who can't handle reading things they don't like PTSD.
>>29639131
When did objectively become a meme anyway?
I think its /pol/ and /b/
>>29639131
Definitely /pol/
How can other boards even compete?
>>29639182
ideas so cancerous they needed their own containment board. Please don't spread the aids
>>29639195
It's not. 4chan users simply do not know the actual meaning of the word. Its one of the things that makes his website one of the worst for discussion.

Oh reddit.
>>29639259
I doubt you've ever been on there.
>>29639131
Probably /pol/ or /tv/ (though the latter can be insufferable at times)
>>29639220
/pol/ is an obvious winner, but I'd actually put /r9k/ at a very close second, before /b/.
/b/ is just that place to which all of the non-chan-folk who just found out about our little, fetid, online cesspool or came here as part of a dare flock, because "OMG! They're so racist here! Lawlz hashtag! I'm on /b/ so I'm so random!".
As the most infamous board among the general community, it is also the most overcrowded.
If you enjoy thread turnover rates in the span of minutes and a mass stream of spam, /b/ is the place to go. As for filtered, distilled 4chan essence, /pol/ and /r9k/ are far superior.
Probably /pol/. Ironically made a subreddit for Trump that took off and at one point during the allahu gaybar shootings had 20 threads on reddits front page.I browse bothkill yourself
/tv/ has produced great content recently
Also /pol/. There's something about the combination of memes and politics that make for great entertainment.
I like the people on /trv/ because there's a lot of vagabonds on there like I was.

what country? is it sweden?
Probably the blue boards that are kinda slow and aren't plagued with autists and infamous for it's shitty quality

>>29639871As much as I want to include old /mlp/, and /v/ on my list,
-/v/ is too popular to be good. It has /b/ syndrome hard.
-/mlp/ has gotten slower and less populated in recent years. It's far less fun then it used to be.

I'm a bit biased because I've been using it for years, but /trv/ is a great board. We get the occasional shitposter or troll, but the board culture still actively discourages trolls and idiots. Ask a decent and honest question and you'll often get long, decent, and well thought-out replies.
IMO, /trv/ is good because you have to have either money or time to travel - things that the underage b& faggots who shitpost up /b/ and /r9k/ and /pol/ don't often have. Because of that, the average age and level of success on /trv/ seems to be higher than most other boards.
>>29642202
Boards like /trv/ are the unique ones in my experience in that not just anyone can or will actively wander in and shitpost, let alone stick around. It's a topic and interest that probably attracts people of a decent sort, unlike video games and anime which anyone from any age can just ramble their worthless opinions on.
Some boards have topics that are just less inclined to shitpost about, and those boards are more mature, enjoyable and informative in my experiences.
>>29642276
I agree with you. We have, unfortunately, been getting more and more spillover from /pol/ and /int/ for the last couple of years, but I still have faith in /trv/. I'd have to say that it's honestly one of the best travel boards on the internet, so far as people and stories go. It lacks the pretension of the LonelyPlanet and isn't as basic as Reddit (r/travel is mostly, "I'm scared about going to London by myself! Help!").
In fact, we've a few regular posters who have done some awesome shit. I personally have been to Iraq, lived in India for a while, and got caught up in the Arab Spring. There's another guy who bicycled from South Africa to Europe, plus a dude who drove a Jeep from Scandinavia to Afghanistan and beyond.
Pic related, just got back from Central America a couple weeks ago.
I love /trv/. /out/ is pretty good as well.
best: /out/ /trv/
worst: /pol/ for their crossposters /tv/ because it's /tv/

Thoughts on /jp/? I checked it the other day and feels like 2012 /a/, way more friendly for sure. It was one of those boards you really thought twice and lurked before posting with the countless layers of irony and assburgers.
>>29639131
/pol/ hands down. Like this cunt>>29639182 said its existence goes to prove how hypocritical the left are with their inability to accept arguments with differing viewpoints. The fact that redditors try and shill their bollocks propaganda here and that whenever shit hits the fan pol are in the news goes to show the impact it has.
People gotta learn the world and especially the internet isn't a cookies and cream echo chamber of political correctness and niceness.
I hope trump wins.

Why is no one on /pol/ successful?
No one on r9k is successful either, but at least I don't pretend to have some enlightened political view, and I don't pretend to be the only sane man in a world full of "degenerates"
But you /pol/ people do claim to be that. How do you reconcile your weird claims and beliefs with the fact that everyone else is more successful than you?
>>29643163
>Why is no one on /pol/ successful?
Don't you know that all /pol/tards are pure breed, god-loving, 6'7, intelligent, have a vast non academic knowledge (which is by far much more valuable than academic knowledge because it's not infused with jewish propaganda), a house, a gf and a job they love which also happens to pay extremely well?
