Yep. Nothing used to upset me, but I guess I have just gotten more sensitive over the years. I've been here since 2006, starting on /b/. Things have been triggering me more and more, and I find that I am "hiding" more threads nowadays. I don't know if the world was always this degenerate or if I'm just noticing it more now that I'm older, but it makes me feel sick
I feel nauseous all the time, the only thing which helps is sleeping. Even music in the background makes me nauseous.

>join a sports team
>play with lego
>build something out of wood
>paint a picture
>go for a swim
>go visit your old school
>go to the shops
>play with your pet dog
Stop making excuses. That was just one of quite literally millions of examples of things to do in this world.
