Never been into the piss bottle saving hobby, but I have been keeping a plastic pitcher on my nightstand lately.
Piss into it at night so I don't have to walk to the bathroom and empty and rinse it every morning.

This is normal and efficient right? I mean people did this before indoor plumbing.

You could also use a bucket so that you can do number 2 aswell.

only seems to be an issue if I go more than a 18 hours without emptying it. it gets cloudy and starts to smell.

a chamber pot sounds excellent though. i'll start saving up for one so I can retire the plastic pitcher I got from the dollar store.
