Why do I keep ghosting people?
I want to make real connections with other people so bad but every time it starts happening I end up losing interest and dropping them for no real reason. Then I feel bad about being alone and the cycle starts again

Well it's kind of the same as making a friend as a child. You just have to wait until you find someone that genuinely appreciates your company and vice versa. I prefer being alone to having weak friendships.

I just decided that maybe I am not cut out for the life of upholding social connections.
Just give up on it mate, realise that you just feel alone when you are out of things to do, I keep myself busy, and don't need anyone else to feel bad about.
