Not a lost cause, desu, but you do need to start lifting and grow your hair and get a good haircut.
Getting rid of acne helps too.
Trim all your body hair, especially armpits, but not chest, if you have it.
A good personality helps too. Fill out an MBTI test to find out what your strengths are and focus on them, ignore the weaknesses, don't try to improve them it's a waste of time.
Also look at what normies wear and shop clothes accordingly.
Change diet to get rid of acne (and to help you with lifting weights).
One more thing about getting /fit/, it's really not a bad advice. Speaking from experience, it increases confidence thousandfold, especially when you stop lifting for grills, and do it because you wanna improve yourself or just like it. (I had to stop lifting coz of a surgery and I am going back to being depressed, can't wait to hit the gym again)
Also deodorants.
When you go out and you meet girls, just chat with them and try not to be autistic, begin with small talk always.. Don't try to hit on them unless they show interest. But then go for it. Also remember kino if they are interested. It does wonders.
