Our current US military forces totaled up, only reach roughly 1.2Million. That is men and women 18 and up, not just stopping at 29.
To solve this population problem through war, we'd need to have the entire US military to be made up entirely of men from the ages of 18-29, and then get completely wiped out ten times over.
