Who here /enjoys being angry/?
Whenever I enter a rage, I get an adrenaline rush, become more productive and feel stronger. I can run faster and lift heavier weights, people become intimidated by me, and I have a quasi-valid excuse to act like an animal.

I had a classmate in high school who was always angry. He started boxing to try to lower his anger levels, but he was still always angry at everyone.
I'm glad that I don't have the problem of always being angry from this. Seems like it would consume all of your time, like being a sex addict or something.
I dunno if i enjoy it op, but i do use it productively like you describe. Its pretty rare that i get angry though
