Don't know any dateing sims without hentai other than regular VNs. Normally games where you make a waifu will have hentai.
But if you're not into hentai the game has a lot more to do besides just fucking the girls. You can go out on dates, talk with them walk to class together, eat lunch together go out after school together ect.
Even other npcs you've created can get in relationships and if you've created an "Evil" character and you cheat on her she will actually go full yandere and kill the character you cheated with.
Its little interesting stuff like that that make it a really above average hentai game.

I know they started putting some VNS on mobile now though they're censored and localized to hell and back but they're there. If my heart had wings is on there and its an okay VN.
